Los Angeles is one of those places that you couldn't make up. I guess it's easy to say that coming from the North East—things don't look anything like LA from over there. From the weather, to the ocean, to the trees, the mountains, the culture, the people, the accent—it's nothing like Toronto.

2016 was when Pokemon Go came out and the Santa Monica Pier was thee spot to catch pokemon! There were hundreds of people playing pokemon on the Pier. I'd just drain every bit of battery left playing pokemon there. Some of you are reading this and don't know what I'm talking about—you had to be there, what a time to be alive!
